In April, our dedicated Grasen team had the opportunity to visit and meet with our esteemed customers located in Southeast Asia.

The customer visits aim to gather feedback on how we can improve our services and identify areas of enhancement. Actually, some improvements will be released soon due to last month's customer visits to Europe.

Additionally, our engineer will offer on-site technical support and training to help our partners seamlessly manage and operate their EV charging stations.

Grasen values each opportunity to communicate with customers face-to-face. We're working hard to improve the charging experience provided by our EV charging equipment.
